Trefoil™ is a revolutionary system adopted at Face and Jaw Surgery Center that makes fixed, definitive teeth on the day of surgery an option for many patients. Thanks to the pre-manufactured titanium bar with a unique fixation mechanism on just three implants, patients with missing teeth in the lower jaw can be treated with reduced chair time and increased efficiency. This system makes it possible to treat patients who previously couldn’t afford fixed teeth on the bottom jaw.
The Trefoil™ system replaces missing lower teeth with a full dental bridge supported with only three implants. The Trefoil™ solution avoids bone grafting and allows delivery of the final set of lower teeth shortly after surgery.
Trefoil™ offers many advantages:
- A cost effective solution. When compared to some other implant supported restoration methods, new replacement teeth require only three implants and a pre-fabricated bar which lowers cost.
- Reduced need for bone grafting. The location where the implants are placed makes a bone graft unnecessary.

My 2-year-old daughter went in to have a tooth pulled. She had to be put under, which could be very traumatizing for such a young child. The three women who helped care for my daughter to prepare her before the procedure and assist during the procedure were friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. They treated her like a queen. My guess is she'll be excited to go back next time because she got stickers, a toy, and to sit on one of the nurse's laps. I was very pleased with our experience and how well they did working with my young daughter. Thank you!

My overall experience was terrific! I had no issues at all from start to finish. I highly recommend face and jaw to anyone that is needing dental work. The doctor that I had did such a wonderful job. No one could even tell that I had 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed. I had very little noticeable swelling and am healing up nicely. I thank the staff and doctor for there outstanding work!
