Prior to proceeding with treatment, our staff will discuss all financial details with each patient. Fees will be clearly stated and provided in writing. Arrangements for payment will be made at that time.
For convenience, we accept personal checks, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards in addition to cash. If a payment plan is needed, we participate in the CareCredit health care financing program.

For patients with dental insurance, it is important to remember that patients remain responsible for the stated fees. A payment will be expected on the day of service. The estimated benefit expected from a patient’s insurance plan will reduce this initial payment.
Our staff will file an insurance claim. After we receive payment from the insurance company, we will send a statement to the patient if an additional payment is due. If a patient’s account has a credit, a refund will be sent to the patient.
