I was told to be there early and I waited for 20 minutes past my appointment. So I was sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes total. That’s such a waste of my time.

This is only my second experience with teeth extractions - the first was over 45 years ago and I'm pleased to report this time was easier. Dr. Knoll let me know what was going on and I think he did a great job numbing my mouth in preparation fo the procedure. Post-op I experienced about what I expected in terms of discomfort as the local wore off but the post-op pain meds did their job. I was also pleased at how quickly my bleeding tapered off compared to so many years ago when i had my wisdom teeth pulled. Your surgical support staff was also very good and courteous, as was your front desk staff.

Received a EOB mailing from Delta Dental which is an insurer I have not had for several years. Why!!! I am covered under Medica and paid the balance due as required immediately on the day of my surgery. No other insurance submission should have been necessary!

Disappointed with the front desk staff. "What's THE name?" "Your early for your early check in, they won't see you until 2 for sure" just rather short and not super kind
