The assistant that took the c ray and prepared for surgery was AWFUL She screeched and used such an extremely LOUD voice. I asked her politely to stop talking SO LOUD and she just kept on. All old people are not hard of hearing. Do better

Your office staff needs to learn more about the different insurance plans and return calls when they said they are. Finally had to insist on talking to someone in billing to get an answer to my questions. They also need to inform the patient they need another pre-op if you change an appointment and 60 days will have lapsed. Surgical team was excellent but front desk needs work.
