Impressed! From the comfortable atmosphere to the front desk staff and clinical team, everyone was incredibly professional and kind. They walked us through procedure, post op care and expectations. Regardless their immense expertise and what must be a routine procedure for them, everything felt fresh and personal. They answered every question thoroughly, without a trace of arrogance or superiority, putting us both completely at ease before and after surgery. Everyone helped make what could have been a stressful day entirely seamless. Henry went from surgery on Friday to running the field in a soccer match on Monday! That quick turnaround speaks volumes about Dr. Knoll’s incredible skill. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
