The clinical nurse placing the IV had long acrylic nails. Not very professional! She missed the iv- an easy one - perhaps because she could barely hold it. Not sure how she maintains hygiene

Dr Gray n the staff greeted us with smiles n were friendly nurse was polite minor child had a Lil bit of pain when. Putting IV in. Nurse talked to him n he had to get a second poke for IV. Dr Gray came in n made the patient feel at ease he had a bubbly attitude asked questions then answered all of our questions recovery nurse was kind n asked patient how he was feeling checked gauze explained instructions for at home answered patients questions even though they were repeated she never got upset about it. Very professional staff I highly recommend Face & Jaw surgery to anyone who needs it. They treat you like family

I did not like that I had to fill out a new patient information again. It takes too long. I just did it and we’re still working on the same tooth. I do work in a medical setting so I do realize things changed but let us update things instead of start from zero again it’s just too time-consuming ! Also, there was some confusion of what I was there for it was all discussed prior to that appointment. What I was there for uncapping the implant, pulling a tooth and getting that ready for an implant, and they kept telling me that I did not say I wanted an implant on that tooth and I said I did Say that I don’t know who didn’t communicate with who I had a estimate for it not with me, of course, but it was all discussed prior and they acted like it was a surprise. When I did see the nurse finally she found the paperwork right away and said yes this was all planned. Not a surprise like the front desk thought. Dr Chahal is wonderful and so is his assistant!
