The receptionist is very impersonal. She didn't welcome me, use words like "please" or "thank you". The following day i had appointment at Dakota Eye Institute. What a difference between the two welcomes! Your providers and surgical staff are great. But, my last 2 visits to your office make me hesitant to visit again. Having oral surgery is a stressful experience. The reception staff should be pleasant and welcoming. Your office has a totally different atmosphere since Linda's retirement.
