My Dr was kind, very caring and compassionate and answered all of my questions. He also seemed concerned to make sure I knew I had a refund coming which I will watch for in the mail. Shania the assistant was Very knowledgeable and happy to help me and explained everything well. I was treated well by all the medical staff. I will not hesitate returning for follow up treatment.

Overall the process was better than I expected and I’m already recovering well. My biggest issue was the consultation. To have to drive 35 minutes each way to watch a video and talk to the doctor for 10 minutes really was a challenge for me. A virtual consultation would have been equally as effective and I could’ve saved at least 2 hours of my day. Otherwise, I’m very happy with the results.
