Very pleased with the Practice & the Doctor. The scheduling is a problem once in a while, extending treatment time a little slower than I’d like, but overall is moving along.

I was amazed at the whole process. I was anxious when I came in and the staff was 100% responsive to my needs and making me comfortable. No sooner than I get comfortable in the chair, they were waking me up saying they were done! The instructions they sent with me to recover were very comprehensive and easy to understand. I only had one question when they called and that was the medication and if I could take the pain pills and then take Ibuprofen in between. Other than that, I was impressed with the whole staff and process. (I think it was Dr Knoll who treated me, not sure)

Dr. Knoll was very good on asking if I was doing Ok a lot of times during the procedure. Very gentle and great bedside manners. Staff really good and liked giving Bridget grief. Ha

Person didn’t seem to know how to insert the IV. Ended up with blood on my arm and the floor. Otherwise everything was good I guess. I was out for most of it.
