We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through their dental implant journey—from initial consultation to treatment completion. This role is ideal for an energetic professional who excels at building relationships, educating patients, and helping them confidently move forward with life-changing treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and support patients throughout the implant consultation and treatment process.
- Present treatment plans, explain procedures, and answer patient questions with confidence and empathy.
- Discuss financial options, insurance benefits, and third-party financing solutions.
- Coordinate consultations, surgeries, and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain consistent communication with patients to ensure a positive experience and improve case acceptance.
- Collaborate closely with referring dental offices as well as internally with doctors, clinical staff, and administrative team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Track patient progress and follow up on pending treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the practice management system.
- Support practice growth by helping patients understand the value and benefits of recommended treatments.
Skills
- Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Implant Coordinator, Patient Coordinator, or related dental/front-office role or dental assisting role.
- Knowledge of dental implant procedures and treatment sequencing preferred.
- Strong sales, consultation, and patient education skills.
- Experience discussing treatment costs, insurance, and financing options.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to build trust and establish rapport with patients and referring dental offices.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
