It went well and I had no pain during procedure with numbing only and by second day I had no bad pain. It’s healing well. Getting only one old broken tooth removed isn’t too bad.

They were very understanding that I was exclusively breast feeding and instead of sedation I got local anesthesia which was awesome and the procedure didn’t take an hour ! I was very happy with the outcome and will go again for any future procedures.

Should you need an oral surgeon F&J is such a great option. I’ve had several procedure performed there and never had a bad experience with the entire staff. Dr. Gomez is top notch and his staff is so professional and kind, I literally can’t say enough good things about them.

Everyone was so kind and nice during the appointment especially the one nurse who noticed I was incredibly anxious about the IV and helped me through it. My surgeon explained everything very well and clearly and answered my questions/concerns. Overall great experience that I was very nervous about if I could give them more stars I would.

Front desk staff argued with us when we requested a copy of the estimate showing what the up front costs, or what the receipt for what we paid for on the day of the appointment was for, and insisted the receipt was all they could provide. We tried to explain that we needed additional explanation or the breakdown of all costs, including what was being submitted to insurance, in order to be reimbursed by our health equity plan. The front desk finally asked the billing manager to talk to us, who completely understood and was very professional and kind, and printed off a detailed receipt. Other than that, everyone doing the procedure, including rooming staff, nurses and the oral surgeon, were incredibly professional and kind and provided the best care for our daughter. We will bring back our other kids when they need their wisdom teeth removed and recommend your office to others.

I had more than one tooth extracted, so elected to have general anesthesia for the procedure. It went well, I did not feel a thing -- yes, I do not like needles 😉 Things are going well in the healing process, today I am 5 days out from surgery.

The staff are wonderful there but when I were at the post recovery, the surgeon told me, Next time, go to the outpatient at the hospital. He didn’t explain why at all to me.

I found all of the processes to having my teeth extracted to be very efficient. Every question I had was answered; When I arrived, there wasn’t any wait time involved. Having the summary sheet of postoperative instructions helped immensely.

They called the next morning I was in bed , so I missed the call I called them back left a messsge telling them I had a fever but no one would call me back . Not pleased at all
