The lady that registered me in for my appointment was very rude. And asked me to wait until she finished her tasks. So I asked the other lady to help me and she said give me a moment to finish this cancellation. And then the fist lady says I can help you now and then in a rude manner tells me that there is only two of here and we are both busy on the phones. And then continues to act rude telling me to fill out the paperwork. And as I go to sit down and fill out my paper work. I can hear the lady making snide comments to her coworker about me. I felt like this occurred because i am a Native American. And seems like typical discrimination.

Everything went well and I appreciated how all interactions with everyone were friendly and informative. I appreciate that this procedure was at no charge, which I can only assume relates to the fact that the implant you removed had been put in by a doctor at your practice. I still have some pain and swelling but icing and ibuprofen are helping.
