The headband with the 2 small ice packs that my son got after his procedure last fall ( wisdom teeth extraction) was extremely helpful to me. It's very hard to keep one little ice pack cold and on your face as directed without just laying around! I'm extremely active and could "wear" my ice packs all day. I didn't need my prescription pain meds, Advil & Tylenol routine worked great. I think every tooth extraction should get a headband and 2 ice packs to keep in rotation. Big difference in how I felt this time compared to my other extraction a few years ago and I think the ice headband had a lot to do with my comfort level post op. They can't be that expensive and if your patients feel better afterwards they will recommend your services when asked.

Very disappointed that I walked in the door and a tech came out and said my name and said “quickly”? I didn’t even get to use the restroom and I was a half hour early. She then didn’t take the X-rays dr Gomez told her to take so had to go back. She also didn’t seem to know how to put gloves on without help? First day? The head nurse was awesome and Dr Gomez is my hero. I’m surprised to pay the whole amount and be told insurance will be refunded to you.

I had an initial appointment in November and indicated I wanted to wait for surgery until January for insurance purposes; however, my surgery wasn't scheduled until March. Initially things started out poorly due to the fact that I have osteoporosis. However, Dr. Gomez listened to me and at my next appointment he showed me the CT scan and explained everything. Now I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gomez and will recommend both Face & Jaw and Dr. Gomez to family and friends in the future.
