What you all are doing is what true health care looks like. Everyone from check in to check out were amazing, kind, thoughtful, warm, and helpful. As someone who put wisdom teeth removal off for years, I couldn’t have asked for a better team to get to work with. Everyone was knowledgeable and did so much to make me feel safe and cared for. The attention to detail in every step made me feel like a person being helped, and not a number being pushed through a system. Dr. Deatherage taking the time to actually review my x-rays and see what was actually best for me and not just what was easiest for him meant the world to me - he was friendly and fun, and was yet another piece of the puzzle that made this experience so good. The incredibly kind nurse that brought me back to the procedure room also did so much to make me feel heard, seen, and informed. She took such cares to make me comfortable and put my worries at ease. I cannot thank you remarkable staff enough for the parts they all played in making a day I worried about easier than I could have ever imagined. Thank you.

I got too many texts even after I completed registration forms on-line.. I got conflicting times of arrival on the two different times I called after another text to call. The first directive was 7:45 AM (My appointment was 8) and the second time I called it was 7:30. I came at 7:30 with my driver.

I’ve had good experiences here, and bad. Really bad. From what I’ve heard the procedure I had should not have been such an ordeal, then I’m so surprised when it’s totally miserable. Sooo much swelling & pain. My gums are so swollen I can’t even be sure one of my posts is still in there…but don’t worry, they will look at it in three days if it still hasn’t shown up…yikes.
