Dr Deatherage is ALWAYS so pleasant and he explains everything to me and takes taint to listen to my concerns. I have had a heck of an ordeal with an implant and he is trying everything to make this right and work. Bridget is amazing and works to get me schedule to fit my schedule She is always so pleasant and helpful.

Everything went well and I appreciated how all interactions with everyone were friendly and informative. I appreciate that this procedure was at no charge, which I can only assume relates to the fact that the implant you removed had been put in by a doctor at your practice. I still have some pain and swelling but icing and ibuprofen are helping.

The procedure went really well, felt a lot shorter than it was obviously because I was not awake. The after instructions could be a little more detailed for someone who had to take care of themselves. An example being; begin brushing your teeth on the day after surgery. Is this is all the teeth, the full two minutes, or just getting used to having toothpaste in your mouth again? I also appreciated that they did the follow up phone call, it was 7:45 in the morning, which is prompt and kind of early for someone who plans to recover the day after. Overall, I very much enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the dedication they all have to the patients.
