The online paperwork is a lot. Please explain what meds you are giving esp to a parent of a minor. My daughter got sick on the way home. Glad we had a bag in the car! Overall it was a good experience!

I have high anxiety going to the dentist and They tried to make it as comfortable as they could for me. The appointment itself went fairly quickly and that was greatly appreciated. Because I know the longer I sit and I took this office.The more my anxiety flares. Thank you for making it you want to guess what it is. A easy fast experience. I will be going back to get the rest of my teeth fixed.

“How satisfied were you with the amount of time the surgeon spent explaining your procedure?” Dr. Gray did not explain the procedure at all. He stopped by the recovery room to say that things during surgery went OK for Jack. I do want to share that I was frustrated to have called the clinic at 2:30 only to find out that it was closed. (We had concerns as my son was throwing up.) I got the call Center who transferred me to Grand Forks. When I got the Grand Forks office, they were not aware about the Fargo office being closed early. I think I should have been informed that if there were concerns that nobody would be there. It just sent a moment of panic of not being able to get a hold of anybody after my son had been throwing up three times. I think that should’ve been shared as part of the aftercare instructions, if I need anything rather than saying, call us - be specific about the fact that you were closing early. Even when I had called the clinic the first time he’d thrown up when we got home, nothing was mentioned.

I think it was strange that I got text messages on a Saturday to call for pre op instructions. Of course the office was closed and I had to guess what I was supposed to do. I’ve never had a procedure where the office didn’t call to instruct me
