Dr. Gray was thorough in his explanation of the procedure without making things confusing. He was kind and funny and made me feel very comfortable. My nurse was also great and made my surgery day extremely smooth.

The headband with the 2 small ice packs that my son got after his procedure last fall ( wisdom teeth extraction) was extremely helpful to me. It's very hard to keep one little ice pack cold and on your face as directed without just laying around! I'm extremely active and could "wear" my ice packs all day. I didn't need my prescription pain meds, Advil & Tylenol routine worked great. I think every tooth extraction should get a headband and 2 ice packs to keep in rotation. Big difference in how I felt this time compared to my other extraction a few years ago and I think the ice headband had a lot to do with my comfort level post op. They can't be that expensive and if your patients feel better afterwards they will recommend your services when asked.

They are all so nice and calming. Especially Dr Chahal. Im a nervous person or paranoid when it comes to dentist and my teeth. A wimp. He is so calming and makes sure im fine. The best.
