Overall, I was very happy with my experience. I did not realize, though, that when I was asked to be there at 7:30 a.m., the doors would not open until after 7:30 a.m. I would recommend letting people know this so they don't have to leave their cars in the bitter cold only to find out they have to go back to their cars and wait. In my case, someone let me in the building from the inside. The elevator wasn't working, so I used the stairs. Not a terrible problem for me but could be for some others.
