Waiting area is small, too cluttered, too crowded. Did not like the smell of food (someone having lunch) while at the front desk. Did not like seeing the back structure of the computers.

Everyone at Face and Jaw was very kind and helpful. My surgery was scheduled the same day and I was quite anxious about the procedure. Office Manager got me registered and completed the health history with me. My surgeon and his assistant were very kind and pat with me. I want to thank the nurses. They were very kind and very nice to me. When I woke up from the anesthesia, I woke up crying and missing my mom, and the nurses hugged me. I felt very comfortable. I remember one of them saying, "I'm very proud of you." It really touched my heart. Thanks
