Very friendly & courteous staff, which put me at ease. Dr.Chahal is efficient and kind. He explained the present procedure and what the following ones will be looking like. This is my second time dealing with him. (different tooth, few years apart) When my dentist gave me the options of whom I would like to see for the procedure. Hands down I chose Dr. Chahal.

Everyone at the office was over-the-top friendly, helpful, clear, and accommodating. The ONLY suggestion I have is that you very clearly state at time when appointment is MADE that the appointment HAS to be confirmed within 48 hours of the actual appointment. It's disrespectful of busy peoples' time to cancel an appointment that was not confirmed simply because the patient didn't KNOW it had to be confirmed. Although it's rare, there still are some people who are not phone addicted and spend their days doing things more productive than scrolling. Some of us DO NOT carry our phones with us 24/7, and are NOT pavlov-ly beholden to a dinging device. You inconvenienced a LOT of other people in addition to me when you arbitrarily canceled my appointment. Please consider the schedules and needs of others when you do things like that. I too run a business that has an appointment component, and I know how disruptive it is to deal with missed, cancelled, forgotten and late clients. The 48 hour confirmation requirement is an acceptable procedure, just make sure your clients/patients are clearly informed of it. Your in-office staff was 100% amazing.
